Student Handbook
Attendance Policy
Attendance requirements and leave procedures as per institutional policy.
Minimum 90% attendance required for certification
Absences must be justified with valid reasons (medical, emergencies)
Repeated absenteeism may lead to suspension or expulsion
Punctuality is mandatory for all classes and field sessions
Safety Regulations & PPE
Essential safety protocols and mandatory protective equipment.
Always wear prescribed PPE: safety helmet, reflective vest, steel-toe boots, gloves, goggles, and ear protection
Inspect machinery before use and report any defects immediately
Never operate equipment without trainer supervision
Keep work areas clean and organized at all times
Do not tamper with safety devices or guards
Report all accidents and near-misses immediately to the instructor
General Rules & Regulations
Institutional rules that all students must follow.
Punctuality is mandatory for all classes and field sessions
Mobile phones must be switched off during class
Smoking within the training premises is not allowed
Possession of weapons, drugs, or alcohol within premises is forbidden
Loitering during training hours is strictly prohibited
Respect institutional property; any damage caused intentionally will be charged to the student

Expected behavior and professional standards for all students.
Respect – for trainers, staff, and peers at all times
Integrity – in all academic and personal dealings
Professionalism – in attitude, appearance, and communication
No fighting, bullying, or harassment of any kind
No cheating in exams or falsifying records
No theft or vandalism of institutional property
Academic Integrity
Academic honesty and integrity standards.
Plagiarism, cheating, or falsifying records are serious offenses
Students found guilty of academic dishonesty will face disciplinary action, including suspension
All assessments must reflect your own work and understanding
Unauthorized collaboration is prohibited
Use of Institutional Property
Guidelines for using training equipment and facilities.
Use machines and tools only under supervision
Handle all tools with care and return them after use
Report damaged or missing tools immediately
Unauthorized removal of property is theft and will result in disciplinary measures
Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines
Grievance Procedures
How to report complaints and seek resolution.
Step 1: Report complaints first to the Instructor
Step 2: If unresolved, escalate to the Training Coordinator
Step 3: For major issues, submit a written complaint to the Principal or Director
All complaints will be treated confidentially and fairly
Penalties for Misconduct
Disciplinary actions for policy violations.
Verbal or written warning for minor infractions
Suspension from training for serious violations
Expulsion from the institution for severe misconduct
Withholding of certificate for non-compliance with requirements

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including verbal/written warnings, suspension from training, expulsion from the institution, or withholding of certificate.
